Designer

As a Designer, you would be responsible for the creation of comprehensive product design and package design visualization projects. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding ability to generate, visualize and realize design solutions throughout concept development, refinement, and execution with ownership of quality of thinking and outputs. This role requires strong proficiencies in the following: design mastery, product sketching/rapid visualization, storyboarding, ideation, renderings, 2D/3D prototyping, research & analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation work.


Additional Accountabilities will include:

  • Generating fresh, compelling design solutions for business pipeline, brand experience/activations, and long-term strategic initiatives while representing consumer-centric thinking and excellent aesthetic sensibility for complex design challenges.

  • Research and develop a point-of-view on relevant market/design trends, consumer segments, and the competitive landscape to encourage and guide design directions.

  • Translate consumer needs, brand identity attributes, contextual imagery, and visual direction into functional, beautiful, brand-targeted brand experiences.

  • Create engaging presentation deliverables that may include research summaries, sketches/renderings, mood boards, pack-cepts and functional prototypes.

  • Collaborate with discipline across the design studio and business to find opportunities, solve design issues, and preserve design intent throughout initiatives.

  • Drive design projects in collaboration with internal and external resources.



  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Graphic Design or Industrial/Product Design

  • 3+ years of full-time design work experience (outside of freelance work)

  • High-proficiency in relevant software (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe CC, 3D CAD modeling and rendering packages)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a superb sense of aesthetics, package design, design layout, brand identity and prototyping.

  • Comfortable working in all phases of the design process - from research to concept development and detail design for manufacturing.

Sales Account Manager

Your objective is to position our Company, our Customers and our Shoppers to win. You'll draw on creative and data-driven insights to develop winning selling propositions. You will work in a diverse environment, across multiple product lines, business units, and functions to jointly build value and meet customer needs.

This role will require working cross-functionally with our demand planning, manufacturing, and transportation partners to ensure that product for the sales plans you and other sales managers develop, arrives complete and on-time for a broad range of retail customers.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
  • Execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives

  • Deliver brand volume and share objectives

  • Influence customers' decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data based presentations

  • Develop distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising strategies based on consumer research that provides insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior

  • Interface weekly on forecasting with our partners in manufacturing and transportation to ensure a reliable flow of product from AIIA Healthcare to our customers

  • Join our dynamic selling teams and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions

Requirements (skills / experience) for the role:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, any major
  • Have 0-5 years of direct selling experience in a similar industry/category
  • Have a proven ability to analyze data and think critically
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skill
Business Development Manager

  • You like to educate clients and help them find the best solutions, not push products or sell on price.
  • You are confident in what you sell but humble enough to listen to your clients. You inspire trust.
  • You relish the opportunity to grow a new territory and sell without commission caps or limitations.
  • You're not afraid to blaze new territories, meet new people, and develop new relationships. You're also not afraid to ask for the close.

  • You like to listen and discover needs before you sell anything. You're as interested in finding the right solution and ensuring the prospect's needs are met as you are in closing the deal.
  • You may have experience selling other intangible products that you think would translate.
